About Me

There was a time when I thought constantly pushing through was normal.

My schedule was packed, I worked hard, planned everything, and kept saying “yes” to everyone and everything.
I was always busy and felt like I had everything under control.

I went to work.
Met up with friends.
Did the groceries, kept up with the housework, went to appointments, and did everything I felt I “had” to do.

To other people, I probably looked like someone with endless energy. Someone enjoying life to the fullest.
And honestly, I thought that too.

Of course I was tired sometimes. Busy. My mind was always switched on.
But that just felt normal to me.

So I kept going.
“Enjoying” the life I had built for myself.

Until my body literally hit the brakes.

Out of nowhere, I suddenly had a moment where everything went black in front of my eyes.
Even then, I thought "I probably just need a quite weekend and I"ll be fine."
But during that weekend, I realised a weekend of rest wasn’t enough anymore.
I hit a wall I had been pretending wasn’t there for a long time.
After that weekend, I realised I had no energy left for anything.
I was overwhelmed by everything around me, constantly overstimulated, and things that used to feel easy suddenly felt heavy.

That was the moment I realised how many signals my body had been giving me all along.

I slept badly.
My mind never switched off.
I woke up exhausted.
I never truly felt calm in my mind or body.
And suddenly, I felt empty. Emotional. And like I had failed somehow.

That experience completely changed the way I look at health.

Not everything has to be perfect.
You don’t have to say “yes” to everything.
You don’t have to be everywhere all the time.
And you’re allowed to choose yourself, even when other people expect something different from you.

A lot of people think they can only ask for help once they’ve completely crashed. They feel like they have to figure it all out on their own.
Or they keep waiting for a moment when life will finally calm down. Meanwhile, your body keeps giving you signals you're ignoring.

That’s why, during my coaching, I look beyond just food, weight or lack of energy.
Because there’s often so much more going on underneath.

Sometimes you get so used to constantly pushing through that you don’t even notice how much energy it’s costing you anymore.
Sometimes you know exactly what you “should” be doing, but you simply can’t find the time or energy to keep it up.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or perfection.

I believe in small changes that fit your life.
Changes that bring more calm, more energy, and help you feel like yourself again.

Without strict plans.
Without judgement.
But with honest insights and guidance that actually fit you.

My goal isn’t for you to have a “perfect lifestyle”.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable in your own skin again.
To make choices that truly fit who you are.
To create a life that gives you energy instead of draining it.

Maybe you don’t want to start over again.
Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again.

And if that’s where you are right now, I’d love to help you figure out what you need.
