I experienced the coaching journey with Caroline as pleasant and safe. From the very beginning, Caroline was open and honest, which created a strong and reassuring foundation. What stood out to me was how quickly she is able to adapt. She consistently gave clear explanations of her observations and the questions she asked. For my critically minded brain, this was especially valuable: I didn’t just understand what she was saying, but also why. This made the conversations both clear and strong in content. Caroline was also very attentive to whether I was speaking from my head or from my feelings—an excellent intervention that allowed her to offer more accurate and meaningful guidance. I also found it valuable that Caroline is willing to speak from her own experience. By sharing that, as a coach, she is also honest about her own vulnerabilities and the fact that she doesn’t always get it “perfect,” I never felt like a problem to be fixed, but simply human. That sense of being normal made the journey feel light and accessible. Although I don’t struggle with major hormonal issues, I did notice that certain things were affecting me. Caroline’s approach was effective: the awareness alone already set things in motion, and the small, practical tips created immediate experiences of success. For example, by combining fruit with nuts, I noticed fewer energy dips throughout the day. Because that positive experience felt encouraging, I became more motivated to continue experimenting with what worked for me. Caroline is also very good at keeping things small and manageable. A morning routine of just five minutes has now become my new “me-time.” Saying it out loud, five minutes sounds almost ridiculously short, but in practice it feels meaningful and nourishing for the soul. For me, those five minutes were already a victory, and Caroline truly knows how to honour that. She doesn’t push for big leaps—and that is exactly what I find both comforting and motivating.
