I experienced the coaching journey with Caroline as pleasant and safe. From the very beginning, Caroline was open and honest, which created a strong and reassuring foundation. I wanted to quit smoking. I’m 53 and had smoked my whole life. I’d tried quitting many times before, always wondering: Can I really do this? What if I fail? I just hope I can stick with it.
