A well-known salsa, I add some "unusual" ingredients in the form of herbs and vinegar.
1 mango in cubes
1 branch tasty tom tomatoes in cubes
1 red onion finely chopped
1 jalapeƱo finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin @xqlusivfoodsanddrinks
1 tbsp mango vinegar
1 tsp honey mustard
Pinch of Fleur de Sel black garlic @xqlusivfoodsanddrinks Pinch of freshly ground pepper
10 stems of chives, finely chopped
3 stems of basil, finely chopped
Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard into a smooth dressing. Then mix this in a bowl with the other ingredients.
Delicious to eat straight away, but even tastier on days 2 and 3 when all the flavors have come together. This salsa is delicious to eat with baguette, to add to a well-filled wrap or a nacho bowl.
