It won't surprise you, but I was looking forward to a delicious plate of pasta again, today with mushrooms. The porcini was gifted by @xqlusivfoodsanddrinks.
For 2 people
2 portions of spaghetti @barilla
150 g oyster mushrooms, torn into strips
2 cloves of garlic grated
1 onion in strips
10 g porcini pre-soaked
50 ml vegetable cooking cream (soy)
Freshly ground pepper
Leaves from 3 sprigs of thyme
Juice of 1/4 lime
Cook the spaghetti al dente.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the oyster mushrooms, porcini, garlic, onion and porcini, fry for 10 minutes. Add the cooking cream and heat through. Now the cooked pasta can be added together with the thyme. Place the pasta on 2 plates and divide the pepper and lime juice over it. Bon appetit.
